The Good Life Show, now in its 5th year, is back with an expanded focus on wellness, plant-based cuisine, and sustainable living.
The event will take place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 30 May 30 to 1 June, followed by Johannesburg’s Kyalami International Convention Centre from 1 to 3 August.
Originally launched as The Plant Powered Show in 2020, this event has grown to become Southern Africa’s largest showcase for conscious living. Visitors can explore innovative products, attend chef demonstrations, participate in hands-on masterclasses, and receive expert wellness advice.

New for 2025 is star-studded culinary talent such as Dr. Aris LaTham, pioneer of gourmet ethical raw foods cuisine in the United States, and UK Plant Centric & Wellness Chef Bettina Campolucci Bordi, who headline the Cape Town event alongside celebrated South African chefs.
This year’s show emphasizes balanced living with expert advice on sustainable lifestyle choices and mental health strategies. The global plant-based sector is forecast to reach US$13 billion by 2026, while the natural and organic food market is projected to hit US$568.82 billion by 2029. The health and wellness sector, particularly corporate wellness, is expected to grow to USD 434.8 million by 2030.
